Due to our current global situation people are spending a significant amount time at home now. I was prompted to create this collage/visual story from magazine cuttings and my own images, that centered around the question “how we interact within these spaces?” To achieve clever design in and around our homes we must utlise space effectively. It’s not just about how a space can look better, but how it can be better for the dwellers who interact with it. The more one feels connected to the space, the more they will desire to be there.

It is worth considering that our surroundings can effect the way we think and feel. We all need engaging spaces that attract and nurture us, especially during these times of major changes and adjustments.

We must remember the importance of human desire to connect with invitational garden and nature. By giving ourselves the time to be present in these environments, will gift us with experiences that will greatly enhance our emotional, physical, social and spiritual well being.

So where do you start to create these interactive spaces specific to your needs? What DIY projects, revamps or improvements do you need to work on in order to achieve this? Currently, we are offering digital styling & design consultations (both interior & exterior) and private socially distanced house appointments (exterior only) according to government regulations. We have already started working with some clients in this way with great success.

We can be involved in your project as much as you would like us to be, from simple styling packages to detailed design packages.

We can still purchase most products in major hardware, nurseries & art/print suppliers, and of course online delivery is an option.

Over this period of time, we would also like to share with you some beautiful imagery, stories and ideas to inspire you to get creative around your home.
